I recently tried Gu Chomps. They are huge and great for before and after training. The Gu Chomps come in many different flavors and because they are like gummy bears by kids loved them too. Due to their size, Gu Chomps are not recommend while running because they may be difficult to chew and swallow. They have a slightly salty taste to them because they have more sodium and potassium as compared to other similar products; making them nice because they are not super sweet.
Each serving of GU Chomps contains 4 pieces (90 calories) and will provide enough fuel for approximately 45-60 minutes of activity. One packet of Chomps contains 2 servings, which will keep you fueled for 1 ½ to 2 hours.
